What is your shipping time?
Most orders ship within 2 - 10 business days of purchase. Larger orders may take a bit longer. If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can accomodate your request.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and money orders. Sorry at this time we do not accept checks.
Can you match a specific outfit?
Absolutely! We love to work with you one on one to create the perfect hair accessory for you. Send us a detailed digital photo of the outfit and we will contact to for more details! Please note that we try our best to match your items, however some colors may vary and may not be 100% match. Also, all CUSTOM orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
Where do your products come from?
All our products are handmade by us in a Smoke Free & Pet Free Bow Studio here in the U.S.A. We use only the highest quality ribbon, clips, and materials to create our products. All ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. We check and recheck all order before shipping!
